New Delhi: Pakistan Cricket Board chief Ejaz Butt met ICC president Sharad Pawar on Thursday to discuss urgent matters ailing Pakistan cricket and said that no demands have been made for leniency to players whose names have cropped-up in the spot-fixing scandal during Pakistan’s tour to England.

Butt also asked Pawar for an Indo-Pak match that would bring much needed relief to the nation’s cricketing woes.Dodging further questions on the spot-fixing scandal, Butt said that he would wait for the completion of the probe before talking, adding that Scotland Yard was inquiring into the entire mess.The ICC has provisionally suspended three Pakistani cricketers -- pacers Mohammad Aamer, Mohammad Asif and captain Salman Butt -- on charges of spot-fixing in the Lord`s Test against England.

The scandal was exposed by the News of the World tabloid in a sting operation.
