Suarez rules out exit from Liverpool despite 10-match ban
London: Controversial Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has confirmed that he will be staying back in his club.
The Uruguayan footballer was thought to be quitting Anfield after his 10-match ban for biting Chelsea star Branislav Ivanovic.
However Suarez said that he would be honouring his deal with Liverpool, adding that he will be a fixture at the club for a long time.
Suarez, whose ban includes the first six games of next season, further said that it will be painful for him to miss the Mersey derby with Everton, although he added that his club can function without him as they have a big squad.
