Sachin rested, Yuvi dropped out of Asia Cup squad
Mumbai: Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar has been rested, while playboy of Indian cricket Yuvraj Singh and Vadodara-lad Yusuf Pathan have been dropped from the ODI squad for the upcoming Asia Cup tournament, the selectors announced on Monday.
According to sources, Tendulkar’s had personally requested to be rested for the tournament, and the appeal was accepted by the selectors.
Yuvraj, on the other hand, has been left out of the Indian squad considering his poor form on the field and acts of irresponsibility off-the-field over a past few days.
