To beat the summer heat it is necessary to give the body something cool and soothing. Try this delicious summer salad. Ingredients:
Broccoli: 150 gm (blanched) Mushroom: 80 gm Baby Corn: 50 gm (boiled) Hung yogurt: 1 cup Chopped garlic: 2 tsp Fresh cream: 2 tsp Salt/pepper: To taste Tomato cut into the shape of a flower Carrot leaf Parsley: 2 tsp Procedure: Cut broccoli into small florets, dice mushrooms and baby corn. Toss them with seasoning. Arrange lettuce in a salad bowl. Put the tossed mix on the bed of lettuce. Garnish with tomato flower, carrot leaf and parsley sprigs. Mix the dressing ingredients into a smooth consistency. Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve separately over the salad.
