Johannesburg: American Olympian Mark Schultz, the real-life Olympic wrestler whose life is portrayed in the 'Foxcatcher' has slammed the movie factual inaccuracies.

The two- time World Champion freestyle wrestler tweeted that he hate director Bennett Miller and he hate everything that scum touches, News24.com reported.

Schultz also made a Facebook post stating that the personalities and relationships between the characters in the film are primarily fiction and somewhat insulting.

According to Time Magazine, Schultz is referring to a scene that he believes suggests a sexual relationship between himself and John du Pont, who is played by Steve Carrell.

The 54-year-old wrestler, who later deleted the posts, added that he would like to apologize for the harshness of his language, but he was firm on his stand and he will gladly go to any lengths to protect and safeguard the integrity and truth of his story, his life, his character and his legacy.
