Caroline Wozniacki crashes out of Australian Open

Zeenews Sports BureauMelbourne: Former World no. 1 Caroline Wozniacki has bowed out of the Australian Open after losing to Svetlana Kuznetsova on Monday. Kuznetsova defeated Wozniacki 6-2, 2-6, 7-5 and will meet defending champion Victoria Azarenka in the quarter final. “I’m so happy with the result, but maybe still unhappy how I let that second set go. But I kept fighting and trying to get every point,” she was quoted as saying by a website after the match. Kuznetsova has two Grand Slam titles to her name that includes 2004 US Open and 2009 French Open.
