New Delhi: The second season of the Champions Tennis League (CTL) will be held from November 23 to December 6, its founder and former player Vijay Amritraj said here on Tuesday.
"We are doing the league from November 23-December 6 this season. There are a few changes this time. The event duration has been increased from 10 days to 14 days. We will be making the announcements on the teams and players soon," Amritraj told PTI.
Leander Paes, who was one of the biggest draws last CTL season, will be playing in the Mahesh Bhupathi founded International Tennis Premier League (IPTL), which will take place from December 2 to 20.
"Well last year he was with us, this season he is not. He could be back with us for the next season. We had a good last season. All the matches went close and we hope it is even more exciting this time," said Amritraj when asked about Paes' absence.
