New Delhi: Ace Indian tennis player Leander Paes has denied that he and his double partner, Mahesh Bhupathi, are again heading for a split.
“As things currently stand, Mahesh and me have not yet decided to part ways as such. We have the all-important ATP World Tour Finals that begin on Sunday and after that tournament we will sit down together to have a discussion to decide about our respective futures." Paes told a leading daily.
Earlier, reports published in the media had claimed that the two players were looking to play with younger partners from 2012 season with Bhupathi pairing with Davis Cup teammate Rohan Bopanna.
Bhupathi also had denied reading about any such reports saying that the duo will be participating in the ATP World Tour Finals in London.
