New Delhi: Tennis legend Roger Federer on Thursday reassured fans of his participation in Wimbledon 2016.
The 17-time Grand Slam winner took to micro-blogging site Twitter to share the news and thank fans for their support.
The Swiss termed his defeat to Novak Djokovic as 'rough' but said he had a blast during the championships.
Wimbledon was amazing. Rough end but had blast for 13.5 days! Thanks for all the support as always. See you next year! I'll be there

Tennis fans had doubts about Federer, 33, playing at SW19 next year considering the fact he hasn't won a major since 2012.
However, the maestro assured his fans in the post final match speech that he would be back again to bid for an 8th Wimbledon title.
