New Delhi: Tennis super-star Roger Federer will take on his Swiss countryman Stan Wawrinka in a high-octane, fund-rising match early Monday morning at the Hallenstadion in Zurich.

The fund-rising match is a part of the Roger Federer Foundation's bid to help African children. Four years ago, Federer played his greatest rival Spaniard Rafael Nadal at the same venue and had generated 2.5 million Swiss Francs.

Federer and Wawrinka recently help Switzerland win its first Davis Cup title defeating defeating France in the final by three rubbers to one. They have also clashed on three occasions in 2014 in Wimbledon quarter-finals and the infamous showdown in the ATP World Tour Finals semis and at the Monte-Carlo Masters.

Federer won the first two clashes, while Wawrinka got the better of his more illustrious rival in Monte-Carlo, thus capturing his first ATP World Tour Masters 1000 crown.

The Roger Federer Foundation promotes access to quality education, supporting projects operated by local nonprofit organizations Africa and Switzerland.
