US Open: McEnroe insists Murray will be tough to beat

London: Tennis great John McEnroe has said that Wimbledon Champion Andy Murray will be tough to beat during the US Open, which starts on Monday.

According to The Guardian, McEnroe expressed that it would be a different type of pressure for Murray to return to a slam as the title-holder.

The former player said that the Scot was much tougher to beat in a best-of-five than in a best-of-three.

Andy Murray had played in a lot of Grand Slam finals before finally winning one, and he also won his home tournament of Wimbledon this year.
