New Delhi: Courtesy his final appearance at the Delhi Open, Yuki Bhambri jumped 117 places to get to 297 while his conqueror Somdev Devvarman lost two spots to be at 155 in the latest ATP singles ranking, issued on Monday.

Yuki, who lost the summit clash after initially dominating the contest, had earned 60 points for his effort.

He had achieved his career-best rank around this time last year when he was ranked 143.

Saketh Myneni, who reached the quarterfinals in Delhi, gained 22 places to be at 236 and behind him was Ramkumar Ramanathan at number 267.

In the doubles, old warhorse Leander Paes, who ended runners-up at the Delray Beach with partner Raven Klaasen, climbed two places up to 21.

Rohan Bopanna was the next best Indian at number 25.

In the WTA rankings, Sania Mirza was unmoved at number five in doubles while in singles Ankita Raina dropped two places to 244 following her first round defeat at the ITF 25,000 event in Delhi.
