Ahmedabad: Chief Election Commissioner VS Sampath along with election commissioners HS Brahma and Nasim Zaidi, deputy commissioners Vinod Zutshi and PK Dash, arrived here on Sunday to review election preparations in Gujarat, an official said.
They will hold a series of meetings from tomorrow with state officials, representatives of political parties, police commissioners and district collectors, a state Election Commission official said.
Gujarat Assembly elections will be held in two phases on December 13 and 17 and counting of votes will be done on December 20.
