Sangrur: Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal on Monday asked the electorate to compare development works carried out during the SAD-BJP and Congress regimes before exercising their franchise.

Addressing a poll rally in Barnala district, he accused the Congress-led UPA government at the Centre of indulging in rampant corruption.

Badal said the main contest in Punjab was between the Congress and the SAD-BJP alliance.
