Sant Kabirnagar (UP): JD(U) president Sharad Yadav today said his party wants to root out corruption and provide good governance in Uttar Pradesh, where it is contesting Assembly elections on its own. Addressing an election rally at Khalilabad here, Yadav said that JD(U) has promised good governance and development in UP on the lines of Bihar. Terming manifestos of other parties as "bundle of lies", he alleged that their eyes were not on the development but on financial packages from the Centre.
Attacking the BSP government on development, he said it did "nothing" expect installing statues of elephants.
