Pratapgarh: Campaigning for his party in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan on Tuesday said all round development has taken place only in states where the BJP is in power.

"Not only in MP, in others states ruled by BJP all round development works have taken place. Except BJP, all other parties in the state will only give scams and corruption", Chauhan alleged.

Commenting on Rahul Gandhi's statement that he would not leave the state, Chauhan said that it means that he would not take rest until he makes UP a state of scams like the Centre.

Attacking BSP and SP, Chauhan said that while "goonda" elements ruled the roost in SP regime, BSP believed in minting money by construction of parks and memorials.

He promised employment to youths and 24 hours electricity, if BJP was voted to power in the state.
