Kaushambi: At least four persons were killed in separate incidents in the district during past 24 hours, police said Friday.

In the first incident, two persons, Wasim and Aurangzeb died after their bike was run over by a state roadways bus in Puramufti area, they said.

In other mishap, a jeep driver Nitin Jain was killed in Ajuha area of the district when his vehicle overturned after losing control.

Similarly, Mohammad (40) was killed in Manjhanpur area when a tractor collided with the three-wheeler he was travelling in, they said, adding that cases have been lodged in the incidents and further probe into the matter is on.
