Zeenews Bureau New Delhi: Congress spokesperson Rashid Alvi on Thursday said his party does not see any perceived threat from BJP leader Uma Bharti whom the saffron party has fielded from Charkari Assembly seat. He was reacting to Bharti’s statement that she will teach a “tough lesson” to Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi.
“Uma Bharti was thrown out of Madhya Pradesh politics by his own party. Now she is searching a ground in Uttar Pradesh”, Alvi said.
The Congress spokesperson said the people of Uttar Pradesh will give a fitting reply to Bharti’s statement in the poll.
