Left Front nod to alliance discussion, Cong says procedural methods should not be a hindrance

With CPI(M)-led Left Front in West Bengal on Thursday formally agreeing to discuss the issue of alliance with Congress in the coming assembly election if it is approached, the Congress said procedural methods should not be a constraint in the bigger interest of the people.
