Northern Railway to run special trains to Pragati Maidan

New Delhi, Nov 14: Northern Railway has decided to run special trains to Pragati Maidan during the India International Trade Fair and extend services of some EMUs to the station for the convenience of passengers.

It has decided to run two special trains from Patel Nagar to Pragati Maidan till November 27 and extend the services of three EMUs to the station, said a release issued by Northern Railway.

The special trains will leave Patel Nagar station at 12 pm and at 1 pm, taking one hour to reach their destination.

Enroute, these trains will stop at Kirti Nagar, Naraina Vihar, Delhi Inderpuri, Brar Square, SP Marg Halt, Chanakyapuri, Delhi Safdarjung, Sarojini Nagar, Lodi Colony, Sewa Nagar, Lajpat Nagar and Hazrat Nizamuddin stations.

The release said the three EMUs which will be extended are the HNH-2 arriving in Hazrat Nizamuddin at 10.50 am, HS-4 Shakurbasti-Hazrat Nizamuddin and 3HPN Palwal-Hazrat Nizamuddin.
