US court not to dismiss lawsuit by daughter of Indian diplomat

A US federal judge here has refused to dismiss a lawsuit filed against New York City and members of city police by an Indian diplomat`s daughter who was jailed for a day in 2011 on suspicion of sending obscene emails to her teacher.
