Not 100 percent happy with IOA: IOC observer

International Olympic Council (IOC) observer Francisco Elizalde on Sunday said he was "not 100 percent happy" with the suspended Indian Olympic Association (IOA), at its Special General Meeting here, rejecting the clause relating to barring chargesheeted officials from holding post or running for office.
