Kerala High Court on Monday dismissed a
contempt petition against a CBI official and a former forensic
official in the Sister Abhaya murder case.
CBI on Thursday submitted before a local
the Judicial Magistrate Court in Ernakulam that the contents
in the CDs of narco tests in the sister Abhaya murder case
were not leaked from the central investigation agency.
A court here on Monday restrained
newspapers and television channels from publishing or
telecasting contents of CDs of the narco tests conducted on
the three accused in the sister Abhaya murder case.
