A Delhi Court Wednesday reserved its order on the interim bail plea of former Haryana minister Gopal Goyal Kanda, an accused in a case related to suicide of a former air hostess.
Seeking expunction of adverse remarks by trial court against it in Geetika Sharma suicide Delhi Police told the High Court that they amounted to "destroying the prosecution case before it begins."
Former air hostess Geetika Sharma`s mother, who committed suicide by hanging herself inside her house here Friday, left another suicide note for her son, asking him to be "strong," police said.
Former Haryana Minister Gopal Kanda`s employee Aruna Chaddha, arrested for allegedly abetting the suicide of air hostess Geetika Sharma, on Thursday moved the Delhi High Court for bail.
