In a setback to the ongoing probe
into the 2007 Ajmer dargah blast case, a special court Friday stayed further interrogation of a blast suspect by NIA and sought the agency`s response on his petition by September 26.
The Rajasthan ATS on Thursday said it
will file on April 8 a charge sheet in the Ajmer Dargah blast
case against Hindu right-wing activist Swami Aseemanand, who
has moved a court seeking to withdraw his application to turn
a witness in it.
An accused in Ajmer dargah blast of 2007, Lokesh Sharma, was produced in a local court where his statement was recorded in connection with the murder
of a Congress leader Pyar Singh Ninama, amid tight security.
Rajasthan Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) has arrested one more person from Gujarat in connection with the 2007 Ajmer dargah blast case following interrogation
of Swami Aseemanand whose custody was today extended till February 11.
