The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) has dispatched 35 rescue teams to the coastal regions of Andhra Pradesh which will face severe cyclonic storm Lehar Nov 28.
In less than a week, the Andhra Pradesh coast faces second cyclone threat with the met office Monday issuing an alert.
As the severe cyclone Phailin bears down the coast of Odisha and Andhra and is expected to make landfall soon, the NDRF has released emergency numbers.

Phailin moving towards Gopalpur at 15 kmph, landfall will occur around 8.30 pm today evening, says IMD.
