The Delhi High Court on Monday sought response of CBI on the interim bail pleas of two of the three convicts serving life term in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case in which five members of a family were killed.

Court here on Wednesday rejected two petitions by marines of the
Italian ship Enrica Lexie, charged with shooting dead two
Indian fishermen off the Kerala coast on February 15.
Bail petitions of four Maoists, whose release among others was demanded by the ultras in exchange of the abducted Malkangiri collector and a junior
engineer, were filed in Orissa High Court on Thursday.
The CBI on Friday opposed the bail
pleas of two accused in the 2007 Mecca Masjid bomb blasts
saying that the case was "sensitive" and there was a
possibility of "communal clashes" if the duo were released.
