2012 Assam ethnic clashes: Charge sheet against ex-constable

A former Assam Police constable was on Monday named in a charge sheet by CBI for allegedly being the brain behind the 2012 ethnic clashes in Assam that claimed 77 lives and saw exodus of people of northeast origin from Bangalore and other cities.
