Holding powerful people accountable to law in recent scams like 2G and CWG has sent a positive message, Central Vigilance Commissioner Pradeep Kumar said on Monday.
Modifying a trial court order, the Delhi High Court on Tuesday said the Investigating officer and the Public Prosecutor can interview the prosecution witnesses "before hand" in the Commonwealth Games-related graft case.
A Delhi court will pronounce on Friday its order on framing of charges against former Commonwealth Games Organising Committee (OC) Chairman Suresh Kalmadi and 10 others in a games-related graft case.
The court`s remarks came while dealing with the
applications of various accused that documents provided by
CBI were incomplete or illegible.
