Germany`s defence minister held out the prospect of more talks on a possible sale of Eurofighter jets to India and, on a visit to New Delhi, said Berlin stood ready to back a multi-billion-dollar Indian submarine project.
Days ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit there, Germany on Wednesday said European military consortium EADS was still ready to provide India Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft, asserting that the jets are "good" both in terms of quality and price.
