The Goa Church on Tuesday took a dig at BJP`s Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, saying the election campaign is tilted in favour of "one individual to make it look like the Presidential contest".
While the opposition parties have criticised Goa government`s decision to convene the Assembly session during the annual carnival, the spokesperson of Goa Church today said the event had nothing to do with Catholic faith.
