CBI said former Air Chief S P Tyagi and other accused in case relating to kickbacks in the Rs 3,600 crore VVIP helicopter deal will have to take permission of the agency before leaving the country.
Facing threat of cancellation of helicopter deal, AgustaWestland claimed there was no wrongdoing in links with software firms, which were used to pay kickbacks in the Rs 3,600 crore chopper contract.
