Indian golfer Jeev Milkha Singh came back strongly in the last four holes to make the cut in the weather-hit Portugal Masters here. Jeev, who shot one-over 72, carded four-under 67 to get to three-under 139 and make the weekend rounds. His round included an eagle and a birdie in the last four holes.
Indian golfer Gaganjeet Bhullar will have to pick himself up for the weekend rounds after three closing bogeys from the seventh hole left him to sign for a second round one-under-par 71 at the WGC-HSBC Champions on Friday.
Shiv Kapur failed to nail any of the birdie putts that came his way but the Indian golfer still managed to turn in an even par 72 that saw him finish tied 16th place at the USD 7 million CIMB Classic, an event jointly sanctioned by Asian and PGA Tours, on Sunday.
