CWG gold medalist Krishna Poonia is ready to face world champion Dani Samuels for the USD 20,000 winner-takes-all contest anywhere in the world as long as the Asian Games preparation is not compromised, said her husband Virender.
Krishna Poonia, who became the first athlete from the country to capture a CWG gold medal in track and field since Milkha Singh’s feat in 1958, at the recently concluded mega sporting event, has another challenge on her hands.
