New PSL guidelines to be out by April-end: Raghuram Rajan

The Reserve Bank will come out with final guidelines on priority sector lending (PSL) for banks by end of this month which will be aimed at getting a parity among all lenders, Governor Raghuram Rajan said Tuesday.
