26/11: Ajmal Kasab demands retrial

Terming his trial by a special
court as "unfair", Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Kasab Thursday demanded a retrial of 26/11 case claiming that important witnesses were not examined.

The trial court had erred in
partially accepting Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Kasab`s confession before a magistrate, government counsel Ujjwal Nikam told the Bombay High Court Wednesday.
