The visit of a Pakistani judicial commission to India for the second time to cross examine four witnesses in the 26/11 attacks case continues to remain uncertain with Islamabad`s failure to fix dates for the tour.Feb 17, 2013, 10:21 AM IST
The commission is scheduled to visit India to interview
key officials linked to the investigation of Mumbai
The commission will
arrive here on February 3 to record the statements of key
persons involved in Mumbai attack probe.
The Pak judicial commission
that probed the abduction and murder of journalist Syed Saleem
Shahzad has not held anyone responsible
for the crime.
New Delhi was informed on Tuesday that the Pakistan
judicial commission will visit India in January 2012 over 26/11 attacks.
India has not yet received any
communication from Pakistan when its judicial commission will undertake a visit despite
an announcement by Islamabad.
Pakistan has failed to convey to India as to when its judicial
commission will visit here for the statement of the
magistrate, who had recorded the confession of Ajmal Kasab, to
pursue the 26/11 attacks case.
