Punjab Congress president Partap Singh Bajwa on Friday condemned the recent registration of an FIR against the Personal Assistant of Rajwinder Kaur, MLA from Nihalsinghwala and two others for allegedly posting objectionable remarks on Facebook against Agriculture Minister Tota Singh.
