Harmanpreet Singh came up with his second hat-trick of the tournament as defending champions India hammered Australia 6-2 to storm into the final of the Sultan of Johor Cup hockey tournament, here on Saturday.
The Indian junior hockey team continued their winning spree by thrashing Australia 6-2 in their fifth and final league match of the fourth Sultan of Johor Cup at the Taman Daya Hockey Stadium here Saturday.
Indian athletes will see in action in as many as thirteen sports on the 10th day of 17th Asian Games being held in Incheon, South Korea. There will be 32 gold medals at stake with Indian medal hopefuls competing track and field events, boxing, tennis and of course wrestling.
Three Indian grapplers, including Olympic bronze medallist Yogeshwar Dutt, qualified for the finals in their respective weight categories to ensure at least three silver for India on the third and final day of the wrestling competition in the Commonwealth Games here on Thursday.
