RTO cancels licenses of 31 mini-buses` in Rajasthan, seizes 10 others

The Regional Transport Office has cancelled licenses of 31 mini-buses and 10 other buses were seized for being unfit for plying on the city roads in a bid to prevent road accidents, an official said on Sunday.
