Former Uttar Pradesh Minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya was on Thursday questioned by the CBI for the second day for nearly eight hours in connection with the killings in Balipur of DSP Zia ul Haq and village head Nanhe Yadav nearly two months ago.
Pratapgarh: CBI on Wednesday questioned former Uttar Pradesh Minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh, alias Raja Bhaiya, for nearly eight hours in connection with the murder of a village head and Kunda DSP Zia-Ul Haq.
Terming as a "heinous crime" the killing of a DSP in Pratapgarh district, the Centre Wednesday said it has asked the Uttar Pradesh government to submit a report into the incident and ensure strict action against culprits.
A local court has issued summons to controversial independent MLA Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiyya and two others in a case in which the
former UP minister was accused of flying a two-seater plane.
