The negotiations to find an out-of-court settlement in the Babri Masjid-Ram Janmabhoomi case started here today as litigants of both the communities in Supreme Court met here and hoped that a "negotiation draft" will be soon finalised.
Days after Mohammed Hashim Ansari, the oldest litigant in the Babri Masjid case denied to pursue it further, Muslim organisations have announced that it will mark the 22nd anniversary of Babri mosque demolition as a 'black day'.
