DMK president Karunanidhi today lambasted Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah for stating that law and order was fine in the state and said that the Union government was duty bound to comment on the situation.

In a bid to dispel rumours
about his failing health, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister K
Rosaiah today came to office late in the evening and held a
review meeting on rains and flood situation in the state.

irrigation officials to take up relief and rehabilitation
works on a war footing in the catchment areas of Godavari.

Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra on the contentious Babhli
