In a move that has shocked the
friends of molestation victim Ruchika Girhotra, the Central
Administrative Tribunal has restored the pension of former
Haryana DGP S P S Rathore who was convicted in the 1990 case.
A special CBI court here on Thursday asked
the family of Ruchika Girhotra, who was molested by former DGP
SPS Rathore in 1990, to file their replies to the closure
reports filed by the CBI last month in cases against Rathore.
