A CBI court on Thursday reserved its judgement in the Shehla Masood murder case.
Indore bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court on Tuesday rejected bail applications of Zahida Pervez and Saba Farooqui who are among the five accused in the RTI activist Shehla Masood murder case.
A special CBI court rejected the bail application of Saba Farooqui, one of the 5 accused in the 2011 murder of RTI activist Shehla Masood at Bhopal.
Saba Farooqui, one of the accused in
the RTI activist Shehla Masood murder case alleged that CBI was shielding BJP MLA Dhruv Narayan Singh.
Saba Farooqui is currently under judicial custody for allegedly abetting killing of 32-year-old Shehla who was shot dead on August 11, 2011.
