Actor-producer Anil Kapoor may call a truce with Tamil star Suriya, against whom he was reportedly planning legal action for launching a film titled "24" -- which happens to be the same as an international TV show, the remake rights of which rest with the "Mr. India" star.
Production partners of MTV series "The Osbournes" are involved in tense legal battles these days over the rights to the reality series. In the wake of the lawsuit that Jack Osbourne filed on Monday, March 30, production company JOKS filed legal papers in California federal on Wednesday, April 1 against Schweet Entertainment, reported Ace Showbiz.
"Shadowhunters", a show based on Cassandra Clare's novel series "The Mortal Instruments", will air on ABC Family network. "Shadowhunters is a big epic saga that will resonate with viewers, who come to ABC Family for the Harry Potter, Hunger Games and Twilight franchises," ABC Family President Tom Ascheim said in a statement.
