The Kashmir Hindu Shrines bill for management of temples by J&K government was on Tuesday referred to the joint select committee after it saw stiff opposition from BJP, Panthers Party and even ruling Congress members.
PDP on Tuesday criticised Jammu and Kashmir Government for "deliberately delaying" the passage of the Kashmir Hindu Shrines bill, and said it was a "fixed match" between the ruling coalition partners - Congress and National Conference (NC).
