Suggestions were on Wednesday invited by the Delhi High Court on various issues, including alleged torture of inmates and circulation of drugs in Tihar Jail, saying it will issue directions later to deal with the same. A bench of Chief Justice G Rohini and Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw invited the suggestions from Delhi government and an NGO, Multi Action Research Group, according to which circulation of drugs, violence between inmates as well as torture of undertrials is going on un-checked.
