The Delhi High Court on Wednesday refused to entertain a PIL seeking relief including the scrapping of Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT), saying that the issue fell within the domain of central government.

The Delhi High Court Wednesday refused to provide relief to a civil service aspirant challenging the decision of the UPSC asking candidates to leave questions unanswered in the English comprehensive section in the preliminary test.
The UPSC on Monday told the Delhi High Court that it has a "limited mandate" in conducting the civil services exams and reserving seats for physically- handicapped persons, including visually-impaired ones, in them.
Amid opposition demands for an all-party meeting during the current session of Parliament to solve the UPSC exam row, the government Friday said it is serious on the issue and the meeting will be convened after the civil services examination scheduled on August 24.
The civil services examination will be held as per schedule on August 24, the government declared on Thursday in Parliament, while saying that consultations will be held with various parties and stakeholders on the matter after the current session.
