VVIP choppers: IAF to upgrade medium-lift Mi-17s

Following the cancellation of a deal for 12 VVIP helicopters in the wake of bribery allegations, the Indian Air Force (IAF) will modify a few of its Mi series of medium-lift machines - the Mi-17 V5 - to fill in, but "only as an interim measure".
